000 TTAA00 KCLE 190454 SVRCLE OHC007-OHZ526-190530- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CLEVELAND OH 1253 AM EDT FRI JUL 19 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 130 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN OHIO ...ASHTABULA COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE AT 1250 AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM EAST OF ORWELL. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM MAY PASS NEAR ANDOVER. OTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE SCATTERED ABOUT IN ASHTABULA COUNTY. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULDh MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
