CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED THAT NEARLY AN INCH AND A HALF OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE MIDNIGHT OVER ASHTABULA COUNTY. AN OBSERVER IN
WEST SPRINGFIELD OF ERIE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA REPORTED NEARLY TWO INCHES
OF RAIN SINCE 1 AM. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL TRACK ACROSS THESE
AREAS DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
