FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

MODERATE RAIN HAS MOVED INTO PORTIONS OF CRAWFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
A NEARLY STATIONARY PATTERN OF HEAVY SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
COUNTY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS. MORE THAN THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH OF RAIN HAD FALLEN AT CROSSINGVILLE SINCE 10 AM. RAINFALL TOTALS
ACROSS CRAWFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA MAY EXCEED THREE INCHES BY EVENING.
THIS WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SOME SMALL STREAMS AND THE CLOSING OF
SOME ROADS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
