FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

   ...LORAIN COUNTY

RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO DEVELOP ALONG THE LAKE ERIE
LAKESHORE AND MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN LORAIN COUNTY LATE THIS MORNING AND
WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. A SKYWARN SPOTTER IN
VERMILION REPORTED 2 INCHES OF RAIN THIS MORNING. WITH THE WET GROUND
ADDITIONAL RAINS WILL CAUSE FLOODING.
