PARTS OF NORTHERN CUYAHOGA COUNTY THIS MORNING WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIREPORTED. THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS AND
WILL SPREAD INLAND. ADDITIONAL RAINS WILL CAUSE FLOODING.
