DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 TO 1 INCH OF RAIN FELL
OVER WESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTY BETWEEN 1215 AND 115 AM. THIS WILL
AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING THAT WAS OCCURRING IN THE CONNEAUTVILLE AND
SPRINGBORO AREAS. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
