THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY
 
AT 1020 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS
NEARLY STATIONARY OVER CRAWFORD COUNTY NEAR THE CITY OF LINESVILLE.
RADAR ESTIMATED ABOUT ONE AND HALF INCHES OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 915 AND
1015 PM.
 
SINCE THE STORM WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY HEAVY RAINS POSSIBLY PRODUCING
FLASH FLOODING MAY OCCUR.
 
HEAVY RAINS ALSO FELL OVER NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY EARLIER IN THE
EVENING. SIGNIFICANT FLOODING WAS REPORTED AROUND CONNEAUTVILLE AND
SRPINGBORO.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
