FLOOD WARNING  SMALL STREAMS ALONG FRENCH CREEK.
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EARLIER TODAY DUMPED NEARLY THREE
INCHES OF RAIN OVER PORTIONS OF ERIE COUNTY. SEVERAL SMALL
STREAMS HAVE BEEN REPORTED OUT OF THEIR BANKS. THIS HAS CAUSED
FLOODING OF SOME SECONDARY ROADS IN ERIE COUNTY. FLOODING WILL
CONTINUE IN THIS AREA UNTIL 6PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
