THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...ERIE COUNTY AND CRAWFORD COUNTY
 
AT 355 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AREAS OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS IN ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA...ESPECIALLY
CRAWFORD COUNTY. THE AMOUNT OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD
DECREASE BY SUNRISE. HOWEVER...THE GROUND IS SATURATED OVER THAT
AREA...SOME LOCATIONS IN THE LAST 24 HOURS
HAVE RECEIVED OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN. ANY ADDITIOANAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE
FLOODING.
 
STREET AND BASEMENT FLOODING CONTINUED IN CORRY OF SOUTHEAST ERIE COUNTY
PENNSYLVANIA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE WATER WILL SLOWLY RECEDE FROM ROADS 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

NORTH EAST OHIO.

THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN OVER NORTHEAST OHIO THIS EVENING...MAINLY EAST
OF A CLEVELAND TO WOOSTER LINE. HOWEVER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING
HIGH WINDS OR LARGE HAIL ARE NO LONGER EXPECTED.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN NORTHEAST OHIO INTO THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS...AND SOME MAY CONTAIN HEAVY RAINS.
