IN OHIO ...LORAIN COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS LORAIN COUNTY THROUGH 10PM. BETWEEN 1 AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY...ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF OBERLIN.
