AT 800 PM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR
OTTO MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM WILL BE AFFECTING
THE TOWNS OF OTTO...NEW ALBION AND DELEVAN.
