IN WEST MASSACHUSETTS ...WESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY...WESTERN HAMPSHIRE COUNTY ...AT 340 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A PERSISTANT LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL FROM THE NORTHWEST PART OF HAMPSHIRE COUNTY NEAR WORTHINGTON AND CUMMINGTON INTO WESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY FROM ASHFIELD THROUGH COLRAIN AND LEYDEN. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED RAINFALL AT OVER 2 INCHES AN HOUR IN PARTS OF THIS AREA.
