FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL ALABAMA
 
   ...ELMORE COUNTY...MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
TORRENTIAL RAINS HAVE FALLEN OVER ELMORE AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES EARLY
THIS MORNING. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 2 TO 4 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED OVER
SECTIONS OF THESE COUNTIES. FLOODING HAS BEEN RECENTLY REPORTED AT
MILLBROOK IN SOUTHWESTERN ELMORE COUNTY. MORE MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINS WILL AFFECT THESE TWO COUNTIES THROUGH 400 AM.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
