FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...DALLAS COUNTY...LOWNDES COUNTY...MONTGOMERY COUNTY

A BAND OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS THAT STRETCHED FROM THE TUSKEGEE AND
UNION SPRINGS AREAS WEST ACROSS MONTGOMERY...LOWNDES...AND DALLAS
COUNTIES HAS MOVED VERY LITTLE DURING THE PAST HOUR. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
ONE TO THREE INCHES MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN SOME AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
