EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
SHOULD DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON...
AND MOVE INTO EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS
EVENING. SOME OF THE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE BY LATE AFTERNOON...WITH
