TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...WABAUNSEE COUNTY
 
AT 1030 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO LOCATED 10 MILES
SOUTH OF MANHATTAN...OR NEAR VOLAND.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH...AND WILL BE IN PAXICO BY
1050 PM...AND IN ALMA BY 1040 PM.
 
THIS STORM HAS HAD A HISTORY OF LARGE HAIL...FUNNEL CLOUDS...AND A
TORNADO WAS REPORTED EARLIER WITH THIS STORM.
 
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
STURDIER BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
