SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...MORRIS COUNTY
 
AT 613 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ABILENE JUST NORTH OF HERINGTON...MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS WHITE CITY...
DELAVAN...COUNCIL GROVE LAKE AND THE CITY OF COUNCIL GROVE.
THE STORM SHOULD BE NEAR COUNCIL GROVE BY 7 AM. IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS STORM...GET INDOORS AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
CAMPERS AT COUNCIL GROVE LAKE SHOULD ALSO GET INTO A STURDY
SHELTER UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE TO A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
