AT 1025 PM CDT...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS INDICATED BY RADAR
FROM FAIR GROVE TO THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SPRINGFIELD TO 5 MILES WEST OF
NIXA. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL AFFECT MARSHFIELD AND
ROGERSVILLE AROUND 1045 PM...OZARK AND SPARTA BY 1050 PM.
 
THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH...HAIL TO ONE
INCH...AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
