AT 410 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED JUST
SOUTHEAST OF THE CITY OF VINTON. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT
AROUND 40 MPH AND WILL BE ENTERING SOUTHERN MEIGS COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN
OF RUTLAND.
 
 
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES

A TORNADO WATCH UNTIL 800 AM EDT SUNDAY MORNING FOR THE FOLLOWING

A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS COVERED FAR WESTERN KENTUCKY...
SOUTHERN ILLINOIS...MUCH OF INDIANA AND EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN OHIO
EARLY THIS MORNING. THUNDERSTORMS WERE RAPIDLY DEVELOPING EASTWARD
ACROSS SOUTHERN OHIO AND EXTREME NORTHERN KENTUCKY.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PUSH INTO PORTIONS OF THIS
AREA BEFORE 200 AM. CONDITIONS ARE SUCH THAT SOME OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN LARGE HAIL..DAMAGING WINDS...VERY HEAVY
RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALSO A
POSSIBILITY.
