IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA ...FOREST COUNTY AT 453 DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO EAST OF TIDIOUTE IN WARREN COUNTY. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL PASS NEAR TRUEMANS...SHEFFEILD AND BROOKSTON IN NORTHERN FOREST COUNTY. IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
