IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA...ALLGHENY COUNTY IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...TUCKER COUNTY. WEATHER RADAR SHOWED REPEATED HEAVY DOWNPOURS CONTINUING OVER EASTERN ALLEGHENY COUNTY IN THE MONROEVILLE AREA. FLASH FLOODING CAN OCCUR. THIS STORM CONTINUES TO BUILD BACK TO THE WEST TOWARD PITTSBURGH. DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL CAN ALSO OCCUR. SEVERE STORMS WERE ALSO HEADING TOWARD ALLEGHENY COUNTY FROM BEAVER COUNTY. RADAR ALSO SHOWED SLOW MOVING SEVERE STORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN TUCKER COUNTY...ALSO CAPABLE OF CAUSING FLASH FLOODING... BESIDES DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL... DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. FOR SAFETY GO TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR BUILDING.
