IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...BELMONT COUNTY IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE ...OHIO COUNTY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING UNTIL 8PM FOR THESE COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER FIVE INCHES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN THESE AREAS. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION WITH FLASH FLOODING LIKELY TO BE IN PROGRESS.
