A THUNDERSTORM WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS IN NORTHEAST BELMONT COUNTY HAS
ALREADY DROPPED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN...AND MORE IS COMING. BEWARE THIS
IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
