FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

   ...NASSAU COUNTY

AT 550 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES WEST OF MINELOA. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS
THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND LARGE HAIL...AS WELL AS
FLOODING RAIN.
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 25 TO 30 MILES AN HOUR.
