DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER QUEBECK AND
DOYLE IN SOUTHWEST WHITE COUNTY MOVING TOWARD SPARTA. THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
