FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING THROUGH SMITH COUNTY
AT 1050 AM CDT. RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN THROUGHOUT
SMITH COUNTY THIS MORNING AND IN THE COMMUNTIES OF CARTHAGE...GORDONSVIL
AND LANCASTER DURING THE LAST FEW HOURS.  THESE STORMS WILL CONTINIUE FOTHE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
