AT 912 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR 10
MILES SOUTH OF SHEFFIELD. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO

...A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTHERN PERMIAN BASIN UNTIL
   800 PM CDT...

AT 225 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY
WINDS...AND POSSIBLE HAIL...WERE LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST ECTOR
...EAST CRANE...AND EAST PECOS COUNTIES. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT
25 TO 30 MILES AN HOUR. OTHERWISE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE
SCATTERED OVER THE TRANS-PECOS REGION MAINLY IN REEVES AND PECOS
COUNTIES. ALSO THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED OVER THE BIG BEND NATIONAL
PARK IN BREWSTER COUNTY AND IN WESTERN PRESIDO COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS
EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
