...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER WESTERN EDDY COUNTY...

AT 1225 AM CDT (1125 PM MDT)...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND
POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL...HAD DEVELOPED 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ARTESIA NEW
MEXICO. ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 25 MILES WEST OF WHITES
CITY. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

ELSEWHERE...ANOTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED OVER EXTREME
NORTHERN JEFF DAVIS COUNTY...ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF BALMORHEA.
OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING OVER SOUTH-CENTRAL BREWSTER
COUNTY OVER THE EASTERN PART OF THE BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK. MOVEMENT
WAS EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
