RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND
POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL...HAD DEVELOPED 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ARTESIA NEW
MEXICO. ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 25 MILES WEST OF WHITES
CITY. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

ELSEWHERE...ANOTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED OVER EXTREME
NORTHERN JEFF DAVIS COUNTY...ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF BALMORHEA.
