...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS AND
   LOW ROLLING PLAINS...

AT 700 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF SHOWERS AND STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING NORTHERN HALE-
FLOYD AND MOTLEY COUNTIES.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED
ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF EDMONSON OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF
PLAINVIEW.

THE THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.  IF
THIS THUNDERSTORM MAINTAINS ITS CURRENT SPEED...IT WILL REACH THE
NORTHERN SECTIONS OF HALE AND FLOYD COUNTIES AROUND 8 AM CDT.

SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY CONTAIN SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WIND...DEADLY
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS MAY RESULT
