AT 510 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR MATADOR. QUARTER
SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST
AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
