IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...RALLS COUNTY AT 910 AM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PERRY...OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF vNEW LONDON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
