WEDNESDAY APPEAR TO BE SUBSIDING...THE POCKETS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL
CONTINUE THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
 
ALTHOUGH THE RAINS MAY COME TO AN END OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS...FLOODING
PROBLEMS WILL PERSIST IN MANY AREAS THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.  MOTORISTS AND
THOSE LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT!!!
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS TONIGHT...SINCE DARKNESS OFTEN OBSCURES THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.  NEVER DRIVE OR WALK INTO FLOOD WATER.
 
IF YOU LIVE NEAR A SMALL STREAM OR OTHER LOW LYING FLOOD-
PRONE AREA...BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND QUICKLY.
