FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 7AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 35 MILES
NORTHWEST OF LOUISVILLE IN WESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY JUST WEST OF SALEM.
 
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL
MOVE TO AUSTIN IN SCOTT COUNTY BY 7 25 AM EDT.
