FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1035 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

   ...SHELBY COUNTY

HEAVY RAINS HAVE DUMPED 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS PARTS OF SHELBY COUNTY
IN A HALF HOUR BLOCKING SEVERAL ROADWAYS. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE
NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
