A VOLUNTEER SPOTTER AT TURNER STATION REPORTED 3.14 INCHES OF RAIN
IN 1 HOUR. SEVERAL ROADS ACROSS THE COUNTY HAVE BEEN COVERED BY HIGH
WATER. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
