IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA ...SOUTHERN JEFFERSON PARISH...SOUTHERN PLAQUEMINES PARISH AND FOR MARINE INTERESTS IN THE COASTAL WATERS FROM... ...BARATARIA BAY TO BRETON SOUND AT 415 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING A POSSIBLE TORNADO JUST NORTH OF GRAND ISLE.
