FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 220 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA
THIS AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS ACROSS THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. THERE HAVE ALREADY BEEN
NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING OF SECONDARY ROADS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
