SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  815 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 745 PM EST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTHWEST OF
DECATUR OR 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FORT WAYNE IN NORTHEAST INDIANA.
 
THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND CONTAINED DAMAGING
WINDS. AT 743 PM EST WINDS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH WERE REPORTED JUST WEST
OF DECATUR.

STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
