SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  215 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
 
   ...WESTERN COLES COUNTY...WESTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
   ...MOULTRIE COUNTY
 
AT 127 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR IN LINCOLN CONTINUED TO SHOW SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH SHELBY AND MOULTRIE COUNTIES OF EAST
CENTRAL ILLINOIS. THE STORMS WERE ALONG A LINE FROM 20 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF DECATUR...TO 15 MILES WEST OF MATTOON.
 
THE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THEY WILL REACH MATTOON BEFORE 2 PM.
 
THESE ARE DANGEROUS STORMS...CAPABLE OF BLOWING DOWN TREES AND
