IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO ...SHELBY COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE COUNTY NEAR PEMBERTON AND PASCO SINCE 10 PM. SMALL STREAMS WILL RISE QUICKLY IN RESPONSE TO THE HEAVY RAIN. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
