FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 200 PM
EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

COUNTY OFFICIALS IN CLERMONT COUNTY OHIO HAVE REPORTED NUMEROUS COUNTY
ROADS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER. THE WORST ROAD PROBLEMS WERE NEAR
NICHOLLSVILLE AND WASHINGTON AND UNION TOWNSHIPS. THE BAND OF HEAVIEST
RAINFALL EXTENDED THROUGH NORTHERN KENTUCKY AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST OHIO.
