FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN PENDLETON COUNTY REPORTED THAT SEVERAL
CREEKS WERE OUT OF THEIR BANKS THIS MORNING. CLOSE TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN OVER THE NORTHERN PARTS OF THE COUNTY SINCE 4 AM.
 
NEVER DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO A FLOODED ROADWAY. YOU CAN EASILY
BECOME STRANDED OR TRAPPED. THE DEPTH OF WATER IS NOT ALWAYS

I HAVE BEEN BABYSITTING THE RADAR EARLY THIS MORNING AND HAVE NOT HAD
A CHC TO GO THRU REGULAR ROUTINE.

STORMS HAVE DIMINISHED IN INTENSITY AND MAIN IRRITANT APPEARS TO BE
FLOODING POTENTIAL AS SCT STORMS LINED UP ACROSS MUCH OF THE OH RVR
AND TRAINING ALONG THE RVR.  HAVE CANCELLED LAST FLOOD WARNG BASED ON
CALL TO FALMOUTH KY AND RADAR ESTIMATES...HOWEVER WL STILL WATCH THIS
AREA AND OTHERS DUE TO TRAING...AND POSS OF BECMG MORE WIDESPREAD.

NGM BNDRY LYR WINDS DO NOT PUSH BNDRY WELL S OF OH RVR UNTIL LT AFT
WITH NEG L.I.`S THRU DAY SO FLOODING WOES WL LIKELY CONTINUE AS DAY
WEARS ON.

LOOKS LIKE WE DRY OUT THURS NGT AND FRI AS RIDGG MOVES IN WITH COOLER/
MORE SEASONABLE TEMPS.
