IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...WESTERN BUTLER COUNTY...EASTERN SEDGWICK COUNTY AT 305 AM WICHITA 911 REPORTED THAT FOUR MILE CREEK 10 MILES EAST OF DOWNTOWN WICHITA WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS AT LINCOLN AVENUE. VERY HEAVY RAINS OF OVER 1 INCH PER HOUR HAVE CAUSED THE FLASH FLOODING. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
