SECOND SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED 6 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 6 AM IN
WILLOWDALE WHICH IS 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PRATT. THE WILLOWDALE STORM
SPOTTER ALSO REPORTED THAT ALLEN CREEK WAS OUT OF IT'S BANKS.
