IN NORTHWEST KANSAS ...NORTHEASTERN RAWLINS COUNTY AT 942 PM CDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS DETECTED BY GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TRENTON OR 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF HERNDON MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 11 MPH.
