IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO ...NORTHERN KIT CARSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO ...SOUTHERN YUMA COUNTY AT 636 PM MDT HEAVY RAINS WERE ALONG THE YUMA KIT CARSON COUNTY LINE DUMPED 3 INCHES OF RAIN ON THE AREA.
