THE CENTRAL PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT.  SEVERE WEATHER IS
ANTICIPATED LATER THIS AFTERNOON WITH LARGE HAIL..HEAVY RAIN AND
POSSIBLY TORNADOES EXPECTED.
