      RANSOM...SARGENT

AT 245AM CDT...THE RADIO STATION AT LISBON ND...RANSOM COUNTY...
REPORTED A WIND GUST TO 70 MPH.  RADAR INDICATES SEVERE THUNDER-
STORMS WILL MOVE INTO THESE COUNTIES UNTIL AT LEAST 4AM.
