EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      BARNES...THE CITY OF VALLEY CITY

AT 230AM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED TO THE BARNES COUNTY SHERIFF
ABOUT 2 MILES WEST OF MARION ND...IN NE LAMOURE COUNTY.  FARGO
WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A MOVEMENT TO THE NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.
